INTRODUCTION

Established in 1994, Palestine Real Estate Investment Co., Aqaria, is one of the leading investor contributing in rebuilding Palestine. We focus on acquiring land to develop for various purposes, whether residential, commercial, recreational or industrial. The company’s present priority is the planning and the construction of well designed housing complexes providing quality modern homes with comprehensive community services, using local materials and expertise, at a comprehensive community services, using local materials and expertise, at a reasonable cost.
Our policy is to endow each project with a uniquely distinguished style.
The company is capitalized at $ 22 million and has offices in Amman, Jordan, Ramallah, El Bireh and it is headquartered in Gaza Remal.

ACTIVITIES

Since its establishment in 1994, the company has embarked in the following lines of action:
To survey and study the real estate market in the West Bank and Gaza through specialized consultants ( local and international).
To explore with the Palestinian National Authority and municipal authorities the possible development, through joint investment of suitable lands owned by these authorities.
To locate and acquire suitable land plots inside and outside cities for development, resale purposes and or/ building the company’s own complexes.

In GAZA

HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL COMPLEX
Al Mashtal -- GAZA:

This project comprises the development and sale of 279 dunum site located on the sea shore, North of Gaza.
The first phase of the project is is expected to be carried out during the period from 1997-2002.

AL NADA NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT:

This scheme includes the development of 151,000 sqm. of built area of residential units on a 150 dunum site owned by the PNA. The built up area is estimates to compromise 1450 apartments.

In RAMALLAH

COMMERCIAL CENTER
PADICO HOUSE, RAMALLAH:

Situated in down town Ramallah, this building was designed to comprise two commercial floors and eight office floors, as well as three parking floors. The total area of the building is about 16000 sqm.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN RAMALLAH EL-BIREH.
AL MASAYEF STEPS:

This project comprises the development of 111apartments spreading on a hilltop exceeding12 dunum in Masayef suburb, Ramallah-El Bireh.
The project will be completed in four stages over a three year period.

In NABLUS

THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND IN NORTH OF NABLUS.

In order to provide to those interested in acquiring a piece of land in a suitable site at a reasonable price, the company purchased a piece of land of around 50 dunums in Naquoura area ( 8 kilometers to the North West of Nablus).
The land will be divided into plots of 500 to 850 sqm each most of which will be sold and the remaining will be used for the erection of residential complexes in the future.
